Cassidy Duckett Britt
Cassidy Duckett Britt represents and advises clients in a wide range of complex commercial and corporate disputes. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Cassidy clerked for Judge Kent A. Jordan of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Judge Marilyn Heffley of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also worked as a staff attorney for the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
During law school, Cassidy served as managing editor of the Temple Law Review and volunteered for the Name Change Project, through which she assisted Philadelphia-area trans individuals with legal name changes. She also served as a judicial intern for Judge Marjorie O. Rendell of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Cassidy won the 2020 Michael Greenberg Award from The National LGBTQ+ Bar Association and the Harry & Esther Brown Scholarship for achievement in disability law at Temple University Beasley School of Law.
