Cecilia M. Bole represents clients in various complex commercial litigation and regulatory enforcement matters, with a focus on business-to-business disputes, consumer financial services, and investigations. She has experience in federal and state courts, multi-district litigation, and arbitration, and has helped clients successfully navigate investigations by federal and state regulatory agencies. Cecilia’s experience includes assisting in the development of winning legal theories, synthesizing complex facts, and drafting successful dispositive motions. She has substantial experience in all phases of discovery and fact development, including depositions, witness interviews, and on-site investigations.
Cecilia maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on eviction defense and housing advocacy. In that capacity, she combines her command of a complex area of law with rigorous fact development, developing winning strategies for clients in mediation and in court.
In law school, Cecilia worked as a student attorney in the housing litigation clinic at Georgetown and worked as a judicial intern to Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faruqui. She also interned at the National Consumer Law Center.
