Chai Jindasurat
Chai Jindasurat focuses his practice on tax-exempt organizations. He supports clients on a range of issues including formation, exemption, corporate structuring, tax and regulatory compliance, reporting, charitable giving, grantmaking, lobbying and advocacy, and impact investments. Chai previously served as tax-exempt organizations in-house counsel at a large family office. Chai has prior experience in nonprofit executive leadership, nonprofit public policy, and government budgeting.
