Lynda Chamblee Shufflebarger represents leading financial institutions, private credit lenders, and corporate borrowers in a broad range of commercial finance transactions. Her practice includes single-lender and syndicated secured credit facilities, asset-based financings, leveraged acquisition financings, and private equity financing arrangements across a range of industries.

While attending New York University School of Law, Chamblee interned with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and was a member of the Environmental Law Journal.
