Charles E. Murphy II

Charles E. Murphy II represents employers in a variety of employment litigation matters in US state and federal courts. Charlie’s practice focuses primarily on single-plaintiff disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, and class action wage and hour actions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Charlie interned with NASA’s Office of the General Counsel and worked in film and television production as a member of the International Cinematographer’s Guild.
