Chase Archer represents clients in a diverse array of complex commercial disputes. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Chase served as a law clerk to US District Judge David S. Morales in the Southern District of Texas, as well as US Magistrate Judge Kayla D. McClusky in the Western District of Louisiana. Chase earned his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he served on the Texas A&M Law Review.
In addition to his experience clerking for Judge Morales and Judge McClusky, Chase served as a judicial intern for Judge Marcia Crone in the Eastern District of Texas. During law school, Chase was a member of the Texas A&M School of Law moot court team and received the 2022 State Bar of Texas Excellence in Appellate Advocacy Award.
