Chelsea Pollard is an associate in the dispute resolution practice, focusing on international arbitration, cross-border litigation, investigations, and dispute avoidance. She has particular knowledge of international arbitration and has been involved in advising and representing clients in various sectors, including construction, oil and gas, hospitality, and finance. Chelsea is qualified to practice in California.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Chelsea worked as an associate at one of the largest regional law firms in the Middle East and at an arbitral institution in Malaysia, where she was part of the standard form of building contracts team. During her time at the arbitral institution, she was involved in drafting arbitration rules, standard forms of building contracts, and standard forms of software development contracts and participated in a number of speaking engagements.
Chelsea is a member of the executive committee of Arbitrator Intelligence, and past co-chair of the American Society of International Law, New Professionals Interest Group.
