Christopher William Lloyd advises public and private companies on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, strategic transactions, and day-to-day corporate matters. Chris also provides full lifecycle advice to emerging growth companies in the technology, energy, life sciences, and biotechnology industries. In addition, he represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Chris takes a commercial, business-focused approach to help clients quickly and efficiently execute transactions and achieve their business goals.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Chris worked at another large international law firm.
While in law school, Chris was an intern at the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland and an intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC. Chris also worked as a student attorney in the Small Business and Community Economic Development Clinic, where he advised nonprofits and small businesses on corporate governance and formation matters.
Prior to law school, Chris worked at a startup in the Washington, DC area.
