Claire M. Lesikar
Claire M. Lesikar advises employers on a wide range of workplace issues, from day-to-day personnel decisions to high-stakes compliance challenges. Her counseling practice spans leaves of absence, disability accommodation, discrimination and harassment, disciplinary matters, layoffs, employment agreements, and wage and hour compliance. Claire also partners closely with deal teams to manage employment-related issues in mergers, acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures, helping clients anticipate risk and execute transactions efficiently. Additionally, Claire serves on the firm’s Global Committee on Associates and the Seattle office’s Hiring Committee.
