Clémentine Kajdas advises and represents French and international clients in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in the management of amicable dispute resolution proceedings. Her practice notably covers disputes relating to distribution law, restrictive trade practices, unfair competition, consumer law, contractual disputes, and debt recovery. She also assists clients with the negotiation and drafting of their commercial and distribution agreements. Clémentine further advises on competition law matters (anticompetitive practices). She speaks French and English.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Clémentine worked as an associate at two leading French law firms.
