Clifford Haimann represents and advises clients on labor and employment matters. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, he worked as an industrial/organizational (I/O) psychologist. In this capacity, Clifford relied on his knowledge of statistics and psychometrics in order to create and validate employment assessments. Clifford also executed disparity analyses (e.g., pay equity and disparate impact analyses). He graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and George Mason University.
