Nicholas (Cole) Pfeiffer focuses his practice on complex litigation, with a particular focus on commercial, antitrust, and class action matters. He represents clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, and energy. Cole has represented clients in U.S. federal and state courts through all phases of litigation, from pre-trial strategy assessment to trial and appeals. He also assists pro bono clients in civil rights matters and was recently awarded the firm’s Pro Bono Award for securing a favorable settlement for a veteran client in a medical malpractice action. Cole represents Morgan Lewis on the Association of Business Trial Lawyers’ Leadership Development Committee.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Cole worked as a legal extern at the US Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. While in law school, Cole served as an executive editor of the American Criminal Law Journal and worked on criminal matters with Georgetown’s Criminal Justice Clinic, during which he first-chaired a misdemeanor trial before the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
