Nicholas (Cole) Pfeiffer focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. He represents a wide range of clients, including manufacturers, utilities, and technology companies. He also assists pro bono clients on civil rights matters. While in law school, Cole served as an executive editor of the American Criminal Law Journal.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Cole worked as a legal extern at the US Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. While in law school, Cole worked on criminal matters with Georgetown’s Criminal Justice Clinic, during which he represented a client in a misdemeanor trial before the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
