Collin R. Hopkins
Collin Hopkins represents clients across industries in a diverse array of complex matters, including intellectual property, patent, and trade secret litigation, business, contract, and commercial disputes. Collin also advises clients on privacy and data security compliance and litigation. His litigation experience spans all stages of a case’s lifecycle.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Collin served as a law clerk to Judge Robert W. Schroeder III of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He also previously served as a judicial intern for Judge Frank Montalvo of the US District Court for the Western District of Texas and Judge Suzanne Mitchell of the US District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. While in law school, Collin was a member of the Texas Law Review and the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law.
