Connor Lynch advises issuers, underwriters, borrowers, and lenders in connection with a wide range of structured transactions. Connor concentrates his practice primarily on securitizations and structured finance, representing clients engaged in public and private offerings of debt and equity secured by auto loans and leases, residential mortgage loans, credit card receivables, and various other assets and payment streams. Connor also represents sellers and purchasers of whole mortgage loans and has experience in warehouse financings involving residential mortgage loans.
