C. Crésence Agbattou provides legal advice to French and international clients across diverse industries on employment-related matters, including recruiting and hiring, wage and hour, compensation, performance, termination, discrimination, harassment, occupational safety and health (OSH) matters, and workplace investigations. She also supports businesses in scaling and setting up their operations in France and handles employment law matters arising in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

Crésence has experience handling local and cross-border workplace investigations into alleged compliance issues and employment law violations as well as conducting witness interviews. She also assists clients in relation to specific regulatory inquiries and investigations.

Crésence’s practice also includes developing risk assessments, compliance frameworks, and privacy policies. She advises clients on numerous data privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). She is fluent in French and English.
