Carrie J. Rief concentrates her practice on private equity, real estate, infrastructure, corporate governance, and fund of funds, as well as customized captive funds and separate accounts. Carrie represents many large US and international pension funds, banking institutions, and alternative investment managers in connection with private fund matters, from the formation of funds and the negotiation of governing terms, to the sale of investment fund interests on the secondary market.
Carrie is the hiring partner, and chairs the Pro Bono and ML Well committees, for the firm’s Dallas office and serves as co-leader of the firm’s investment funds industry initiative.
