Carrie J. Rief concentrates her practice on private equity, real estate, infrastructure, corporate governance, hedge and fund of funds, as well as customized captive funds and separate accounts. Carrie represents many large US and international pension funds, banking institutions, and alternative investment managers in connection with private fund matters, from the formation of funds and the negotiation of governing terms, to the sale of investment fund interests on the secondary market. Previously, Carrie was a corporate associate at an international law firm.
