Dana A. Brady represents corporate clients from a range of industries, including financial services, health care, pharmaceutical, and hospitality and manufacturing, among others, in employment disputes before US federal and state courts and agencies. Dana also advises clients on all aspects of the employment relationship, including avoidance of litigation, family and medical leave eligibility, disability accommodations, employee discipline and termination, employment contracts and separation agreements, wage and hour compliance, internal investigations, and compliance with federal, state, and local statutes.
While in law school Dana externed as a Judicial Intern for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Following law school, Dana served as a law clerk to Judge Joseph A. Dickson, US Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey. During her clerkship, Dana assisted in all aspects of discovery and pretrial matters including research and drafting of opinions and bench memoranda, and dispositive and discovery motions in civil cases.
