Daniel M. Finer
Daniel M. Finer litigates complex mass tort and product liability claims filed in jurisdictions across the United States as both national coordinating and local counsel. He focuses his practice on high-risk personal injury and wrongful death matters based on alleged personal and occupational exposures to asbestos and talc. Dan works closely with clients to develop and execute national litigation strategies related to discovery, motion practice, and trial defense customized to each client’s risk tolerance and business goals. In this capacity, Dan has a substantial background representing companies involved in asbestos and talc litigation in a wide range of industries, including HVAC, cosmetics, aerospace, and industrial equipment manufacturers.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Dan served as counsel in the mass tort practices of national law firms based out of Cleveland and Chicago, where he defended a variety of product and premise liability claims.
