Daniel Kees focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation and arbitration as well as wage and hour litigation and counseling. Daniel’s practice spans industries and he leverages his background in big tech and complex civil litigation to help clients navigate a dynamic and evolving regulatory landscape. Daniel’s pro bono practice has involved representation of asylum seekers and their families during immigration proceedings in New York City. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Daniel worked at multiple large international law firms. Daniel is admitted in the District of Columbia only, and his practice is supervised by NY Bar members.
