Daniel McTiernan focuses his practice on a range of litigation matters. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Daniel was the sole summa cum laude graduate from his University of Pittsburgh School of Law class, where he participated in the Securities Arbitration Clinic, served as senior managing editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review, and focused on trial advocacy and corporate law.
Before law school, Daniel was a pianist with the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School and the Point Park Conservatory of Performing Arts. He received a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
