David Stage

David Stage focuses his practice on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures. David also represents sponsors, developers, utilities, and financial institutions in connection with project development, project finance, and general corporate transactions related to electrical generation and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, David worked in the corporate group of another global law firm, where he primarily worked on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, corporate financings, and venture capital financings on behalf of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.
