David Switzler
David Switzler represents clients in nationwide commercial and class action litigation and appeals in state and federal courts, with a focus on consumer financial services defense, regulatory advising, and insurance matters. He handles complex litigation from inception through dispositive motions, trial, judgment enforcement, and appeal, including developing case strategy, drafting key pleadings and motions, negotiating settlements, and leading substantive hearings and mediations.
Prior to joining the firm, David managed a portfolio of internal and external litigation and arbitration matters as director and counsel of a global travel and financial services company.
