Davis C. Truslow represents public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in a broad range of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters. He advises startups through formation and growth strategies, as well as both companies and institutional investors in financing transactions ranging from seed capital to later stage venture capital financing and IPOs. Davis also represents public companies in a variety of capital markets transactions and with respect to securities disclosure issues, and reporting obligations.
Extended Profile
While attending Boston College Law School, Davis represented startup and non-profit companies in the Community Enterprise Clinic and published two articles in the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review. During the summer of 2015, he served as a judicial intern for Judge Marianne B. Bowler of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
