Davis C. Truslow works with public and private companies on a broad range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and corporate governance matters. He also assists startups with formation, governance, and growth.
While attending Boston College Law School, Davis represented startup and non-profit companies in the Community Enterprise Clinic and published two articles in the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review. During the summer of 2015, he served as a judicial intern for Judge Marianne B. Bowler of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
