Deborah Choi
Deborah Choi represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a range of corporate and transactional matters across the healthcare, energy, telecommunications, and consumer goods sectors, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including buy- and sell-side transactions and carveouts. She has experience across all stages of the M&A process, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents and ancillary agreements, and managing aspects of deal execution. She also advises on corporate governance matters.
Deborah is active in the Orange County Korean American Bar Association (OCKABA) and the Orange County Women Lawyers Association (OCWLA), and participates in alumni initiatives at the University of California, Irvine.
