Debra Jean Reed brings a blend of legal acumen and financial industry experience to her litigation practice. Before entering law, she spent nearly a decade in financial services, including roles as an equity trader at the New York Stock Exchange, in credit and investments at Citi, and as managing director at Wells Fargo Private Asset Management, where she oversaw fiduciary investment strategy for the San Francisco region.

Debra's legal career spans corporate counsel roles at Google and Disney, litigation experience at leading law firms, and work in both the public and private sectors, including the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office and Cisco Systems’ legal department.

Debra’s practice focuses on complex litigation, including consumer financial services, class actions, and regulatory enforcement. As a California lemon law attorney, Debra has litigated hundreds of cases under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. She has represented clients in state and federal courts across the country and is known for her strategic insight and client-first approach.

Debra holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and an MBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. She earned her B.A. in history and political science from Boston College and is an alumna of Choate Rosemary Hall.
