Derek S. Franklin
Derek Franklin represents and counsels employers across a wide range of industries on federal and state employment laws. He has experience defending clients in complex class and collective actions, individual employee lawsuits and arbitrations, and EEOC-representative proceedings involving discrimination, harassment, equal pay, and wage and hour claims. Derek also counsels employers on creating compliant employment policies and practices applicable to employees nationwide.
