Donna R. Hope

Donna R. Hope focuses her practice on the representation of corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, institutional lenders, direct lenders, and other financial institutions in a variety of corporate financing transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, cross-border financings, secured credit facilities, private equity financing arrangements, and other general corporate transactions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Donna was an associate editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy at Cornell Law School where she also served as president of the Black Law Students Association.
