Douglass Brown

Douglass Brown represents employers in various stages of employment litigation before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitral bodies. Doug advises and counsels employers on a broad range of employment issues, including workplace discrimination and retaliation, breach of restrictive covenants, and workplace investigations. He has represented businesses in disputes across a range of industries, including energy, finance, and test preparation services. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Doug clerked for the Honorable Rebecca Rutherford, US Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Texas.
