Eleanor (Ella) Shlonsky represents direct lenders, institutional lenders, corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and portfolio companies in financing transactions, including leveraged-acquisition financings, cross-border deals, and other secured and unsecured commercial financings.
In law school, Ella worked with both Duke’s Community Enterprise Clinic and Health Justice Clinic and served as a lead editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law. Before attending law school, Ella was an AmeriCorps VISTA at the Feerick Center for Social Justice at Fordham Law, where she served as the NYS Attorney Emeritus Program coordinator.
