Elisabeth Grippando focuses her practice on securities investigations, examinations, and litigation. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Elisabeth was an in-house counsel at a large independent broker-dealer and registered investment adviser, where she represented the firm on a variety of regulatory matters. Elisabeth also worked at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as an enforcement attorney, conducting investigations and bringing disciplinary actions against broker-dealers for violations of applicable securities laws and regulations and FINRA rules. Prior to joining FINRA, Elisabeth was an associate another global law firm. Elisabeth is admitted in New York only, and her practice is supervised by DC Bar members.
