M. Elizabeth England

M. Elizabeth (Liz) England counsels and defends clients on a wide range of employment matters arising in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, including complex wage and hour disputes and claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Liz’s experience includes conducting high-stakes internal investigations to address and remediate allegations of discrimination and harassment. She also advises clients on a variety of day-to-day employment issues and partners with employers to establish and implement employment policies and procedures applicable nationwide.
