Elizabeth Hopkins

Beth Hopkins represents and advises employers on a broad array of labor and employment matters. Beth’s experience includes defending against claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other federal and state laws. In addition to her litigation practice, Beth also assists clients in navigating sensitive internal investigations.
