Elizabeth A. Martinez is part of a team that advises clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation and counseling. Elizabeth helps employers and management resolve issues including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations.

In law school, Elizabeth was a case chair for the Youth Advocacy Project, supporting young people charged as adults in the Philadelphia area by providing mitigation and reentry support to them and their families. She also served on the Journal of Law and Social Change and The Regulatory Review.

Before attending law school, Elizabeth spent three years teaching English and Humanities in San Antonio and New York City.
