Elizabeth Schwartz is part of a team that advises clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation and counseling. Lizzy helps employers and management resolve issues, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations.
In law school, Lizzy served as a member of New York University's Moot Court and represented parents in the Family Defense and Education Advocacy clinics. She continues to maintain an active pro bono practice in these areas.
Before attending law school, Lizzy spent four years teaching literacy and social studies, both abroad in France and in Washington, DC.
