Eloris Snyder
Eloris Snyder is the director of managed review operations in Morgan Lewis’s data analytics and governance practice, where she facilitates managed review services for eDiscovery and complex legal reviews. Eloris has more than 15 years of experience in eDiscovery, including leading large service delivery teams, with a focus on designing scalable, technology-enabled workflows that drive efficiency, defensibility, and cost-effective outcomes.
Eloris works closely with discovery and merits counsel, clients, and eDiscovery technology professionals to align review strategies with the unique demands of each engagement. She integrates advanced analytics, technology-assisted review (TAR), and generative AI–enabled review workflows to streamline review processes and efficiently manage diverse data sets. Her experience includes leading managed reviews for large-scale, time sensitive Second Requests and developing tailored solutions for cyber incident response matters, including workflows to support the identification and analysis of impacted individuals and sensitive data.
In addition, Eloris supports the growth and development of the managed review team through training and operational guidance that promote consistency, collaboration, and high-quality work product.
