Emily E. Garrison
Emily E. Garrison represents policyholders in insurance coverage disputes involving commercial general, directors and officers (D&O), reps and warranties, cyber, professional, and environmental liabilities. She counsels clients in all sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, and energy, on policy interpretation, coverage gaps, and claims advocacy to secure recovery for property damage, business interruption, liabilities, and other losses. Emily manages all aspects of coverage litigation, arbitration, and mediation in complex negotiations with insurers, and she also advises clients on the structure, placement, and renewal of insurance programs.
Emily is an effective advocate for corporate policyholders that face risks from cyber threats, environmental liabilities, and shifting regulatory policies and requirements. Her experience managing complex insurance recovery disputes, and her ability to counsel on the structuring and improvement of sophisticated coverage programs, makes Emily a valued advisor to our clients.
