Emma Clémenceau

Emma Clémenceau advises and represents clients in civil and commercial litigation. Her work covers a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract, termination of commercial relations and unfair competition, post-acquisition litigation, and industrial manufacturer product liability disputes. Emma also assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of their commercial agreements. She speaks French and English.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Emma worked as an associate at another international law firm and as a law clerk in several leading international law firms and a major energy company.
