Emmet Hollingshead

Emmet Hollingshead focuses his practice on transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance across a diverse array of industries. His clients range from emerging market companies to Fortune 500 companies and institutional investors. While in law school, Emmet served as an articles editor on the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy and on the leadership team of the Environmental Law Society.
