Eric Toepfer is a litigator who represents corporate policyholders in a wide variety of complex insurance coverage disputes. He guides businesses through all phases of the coverage process, from policy review and claim submission to negotiation and litigation.
While in law school, Eric served as an editor of the University of Illinois Law Review and participated in the Frederick Green Honorary Round Moot Court Competition.
