Erika Zhao’s practice focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and other general corporate matters. Erika advises issuers and underwriters on initial public offerings on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and also advises Hong Kong-listed companies on a wide range of transactions, including placings and general offers. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Erika worked at another international law firm in Hong Kong. She is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
