Francesca Considine

Associate

Francesca Considine advises public and private companies, venture capital and private equity sponsors, and founders on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, growth equity financings, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate governance. Francesca also represents emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycle, from formation and early-stage financings to strategic growth initiatives and exit planning.

During law school, Francesca was the managing editor of the American University Business Law Review and worked as a research assistant with the Tech, Law & Security Program. In recognition of her contributions to the Tech, Law & Security Program, she received the Westin Scholar Award. She also served as a student attorney in the Criminal Justice Clinic – Defense. At graduation, Francesca was awarded the Mussey Prize for her academic achievements during her final year of study.

Prior to attending law school, Francesca worked as a consultant in Washington, DC, where she advised federal government agencies on strategy, operations, and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Francesca was an associate at another US law firm.
