Gaudencio Lucca III maintains a broad transactional practice that spans various industries and service areas. He advises public and private companies on a diverse range of domestic and cross-border concerns, including mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure project development, and general corporate and contractual matters. Gaudencio is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as president of the Sports Law Society and a board member of the Latinx Law Students Association.
