- Represented a DAX-listed chemical company in a complex commercial dispute concerning price adjustment clauses in a long-term supply agreement with antitrust implications, including representation in arbitration proceedings conducted under the Arbitration Rules of the German Arbitration Institute
- Represented a leading global testing, inspection, and certification company in high-profile cross-border litigation arising out of a major environmental disaster in Brazil, including civil proceedings before German courts involving claims exceeding 1 billion and strategic coordination of the global defense regarding civil, criminal, and regulatory matters in collaboration with a leading Brazilian law firm
- Represented a private hospital operator in a complex, high-value corporate and commercial dispute against one of the world’s largest publicly listed private equity and asset management firms, including shareholder litigation concerning corporate law requirements applicable to shareholder voting agreements within a Societas Europaea, and the successful defense against multiple applications for interim relief, while concurrently representing the majority shareholders in related arbitration proceedings conducted under the Arbitration Rules of the German Arbitration Institute
