Gina F. McGuire defends companies involved in employment disputes, including claims involving discrimination, compensation, ERISA and benefits-related matters, harassment, and retaliation. She represents employers in individual litigation and class action suits before US federal and state trial courts, administrative agencies, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the American Arbitration Association. Gina’s practice also includes employment counseling.
Pro bono work is also an integral part of Gina’s practice. She represents disabled veterans before the US Department of Veterans Affairs, while also providing counsel to asylum claimants.
While in law school at the New York University School of Law, Gina was a staff editor on the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.
