Grant R. MacQueen represents clients in complex securities and commercial litigation, and government enforcement actions. Advising on claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, consumer fraud, and antitrust violations, among others, Grant represents banks, trust companies, registered investment advisers, hedge funds, broker-dealers, public and private companies, and their officers and directors in civil litigation; and in investigations by the US Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), self-regulatory organizations, and state securities regulators.
Grant also counsels clients on sensitive internal investigations and a range of regulatory and compliance issues. He is a member of Morgan Lewis’s Class Action Working Group, and has co-authored articles published in Law360 and Judicature, a journal published by the Bolch Judicial Institute of Duke Law.
