Gordon Wilford advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, capital markets, corporate reorganizations, corporate transactions in the life sciences industry, debt and equity financings, and other general corporate matters.
Gordon received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Cornell University. While in law school, Gordon worked as a research assistant to Professor Charles Whitehead, Alumni Professor of Business Law. Gordon served as co-president of Cornell’s J.D./M.B.A. society and teaching assistant for the University’s courses in entrepreneurship and real estate law. Gordon also served as a general editor of the Cornell International Law Journal.
