Grace Johnson defends and counsels employers in labor and employment matters, including single plaintiff and class action litigation. Her practice includes workplace discrimination and retaliation, complex wage and hour litigation, representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act, and workforce-related counseling.

While in law school, Grace served as a judicial extern to Administrative Law Judge Evan Nordby of the United States Department of Labor. She also served as a senior production editor for the Hastings Law Journal, teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing II and Constitutional Law courses, and moot court member.
