Gary S. Rothstein represents employers, acquirers, financial sponsors, executives, boards, and committees in compensation and contractual arrangements for executives. He devotes a significant portion of his practice to deals, particularly in the private equity space. Known for his adept representation of executive teams, Gary has handled more than 100 private equity buyout transactions (including the largest leveraged buyout ever completed), and represents senior management in large transactional matters and initial public offerings (IPOs), including in the technology space. Gary represents private equity sponsors, private equity portfolio companies, and public companies on an ongoing basis. He has been listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business since 2008.
