Gary is adept and known for his representation of executive teams in buyouts and other transactions, having represented executive teams in 100+ private equity buyout transactions (including the largest leveraged buyout ever completed), as well as multiple IPOs and other transactional matters. Gary also represents private equity sponsors in transactional matters and private equity portfolio companies and public companies on an ongoing basis.
