Gwyneth A. Harrick

Gwyneth Harrick represents and advises clients on labor and employment matters. Her practice includes litigation of discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims, as well as investigating claims of workplace misconduct. Gwyneth is also a member of the firm’s safety and health practice, and counsels on employers’ obligations under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts.
At Penn Law, Gwyneth served on the Office of Equity & Inclusion’s Student Advisory Board. She also founded Penn Law’s Disabled & Allied Law Students Association and participated in the Journal of Law & Public Affairs.
