Hannah Sullivan
Hannah Sullivan focuses her practice on federal tax controversy and planning matters. She represents clients in litigation and disputes with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Hannah served as law clerk to Judge Ronald L. Buch of the US Tax Court. While in law school, she worked at a leading accounting firm where she advised clients on United States and international tax matters.
